If you feel like your Swypex Card is compromised you can easily Lock it from your account.
A locked card cannot make any purchases or withdrawals.
Anyone can Lock their personal card but only Admins and owners can unlock any of the other cards
- Visit the Swypex dashboard and click on your personal view to open your card page. Here, you can click on the Lock icon.
- A message will appear asking you to confirm your decision. Remember: Only the Owner or Admins can unlock cards.
- After confirming your decision your card will now be Locked!
It will remain in a Locked state until your Owner or Admin Unlock your card.
If your card is lost or stolen then you should also Replace your card.
Unlocking Cards.
- Admins can visit their Cards page and see all the cards that are Locked.
- Click on the card you want to Unlock and in the Card Details sidebar you will find the Unlock icon.
